Trial Class Duration: Trial lessons are 25 minutes long.
 

Advance Booking: Lessons must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
 

Rescheduling: You can reschedule your class for free at least 12 hours in advance.
 

Cancellations: You can cancel and receive an 80% refund if you cancel at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled class.
 

Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the session, or failure to attend, are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
 

Instructor Cancellations: Full refunds will always be issued if a class is canceled by the instructor.
 

Punctuality: If you arrive late, the lesson will still finish at the scheduled time. After 15 minutes of delay without notice, the lesson will be considered a no-show and marked as canceled.
