Regular Class Policies
 

1. Lesson Duration: 50 minutes
 

2. Classes must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
 

3. Classes are booked individually or as a package, depending on your preference.
 

4. Package Validity: Class packages are designed to support consistent learning and long-term progress. Each package has an expiration period that ensures steady study habits and commitment.

Examples:

       • 4 classes → 2 months
       • 6 classes → 2.5 months
       • 8 classes → 3 months
       • 10 classes → 3.5 months
       • 12 classes → 4 months
 

Students can use their classes flexibly within the validity period, depending on availability and their personal schedule.
 

It is recommended to take at least 1 class per weerk to maintain progress and maximize the benefit of the package. Unused classes expire automatically after the validity period and cannot be refunded, transferred, or extended.
 

5. Cancellations & Refunds:

    • Classes can be rescheduled with at least 6 hours’ notice at no extra cost.
 

    • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a partial refund (70%).
       Late cancellations are non-refundable but they can be reschedule
 

    • Lessons end at the scheduled time. Arrivals over 30 minutes late without notice may be considered a missed class and it is consider non-refundable.
 

6. Communication
Respectful and clear communication is expected to ensure a positive and productive learning experience.
